Chemical Sciences: International Double Degree Program

The Master’s Degree Program in Chemical Sciences offers an international track called ChemTech (Sassari – Master’s Degree in Chemical Sciences; Lisbon – Master in Molecular Science and Engineering), established through an agreement with the Lisbon Institute of Technology (Instituto Superior Técnico).

A set number of students, selected by both universities, may participate in the international track and spend one academic year (the second year of the program) at the partner university. During this mobility period, students will earn a defined number of credits through coursework and experimental activities related to their thesis project.

The aim of the international study track is the awarding of a double degree:

• the Master’s Degree in Chemical Sciences (class LM-54), awarded by the University of Sassari, and

• the Master’s Degree in Molecular Science and Engineering, awarded by the University of Lisbon.
